Revitalizing a luxury real estate brand
In an era of massive real estate competition, Ackley Platinum Group found itself in dire straits: business was stagnating, profits were diminishing, and the brand had a weak digital presence and footprint. The company needed something massive to revitalize it — so they reached out to me for help in leading and executing a much-needed brand renovation. In the span of less than a month, I was able to take the brand from outdated, messy, and disorganized to outstanding, refined, and cohesive.

Refining the brand
While the client loved the concept of the original logomark, it suffered from many design shortcomings. I recreated the design using grid precision and geometric balance, while keeping the essence of the original logomark intact.
The brand was also missing some core components: a defined set of brand colors and typography. I worked with the client to find a color palette and type family that reflected the brand positioning they wanted to convey: timeless elegance and refined luxury.
A social media refresh
I created a huge assortment of social media templates to empower the Ackley team to create content that would be visually on-brand and content-appropriate. Templates include posts and reels/videos/stories for new listings, rental reports, real estate guides, testimonials, photo collages, and more.
